CHEF CHRISTOPHER MARTINEZ
Returning home to the Grand Valley in 1998, Christopher attended the Culinary Arts program at Mesa State College, where he earned his Certificate in Culinary Arts. Chris was a member of the Ale House opening team dedicated to preparing the best food in Grand Junction. Rising quickly through the ranks with his love of food and a passion for creating unique dishes, Chris became the Chef in 2006. In 2012, Chris took a brief hiatus to work on a restaurant project of his own. In January of 2013, Chris returned to the Breckenridge-Wynkoop family. With 15 years of experience, Chris dedicates himself to his staff and his menu. Chris is married to his high school sweetheart, and is an avid outdoorsman.
